Georgian Athletics is excited to offer its first ever July Zensation program! We are offering over 30 additional classes/sessions during the month of July focusing on mindfulness and wellness activities including Easy Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Guided Imagery, Chakra Meditation and Mantra Yoga to name a few.
Throughout these next four weeks, we are challenging you to make time for yourself and reflect on the beauty that resides within each day. This is not about achieving an undisturbed meditation or perfecting your downward dog, but simply reaching a higher level of consciousness.
